Dining Room with large table and chairs, log burner, door to garden, door leading to Bedroom 1 up steep Norfolk winder staircase
Sitting Room attractively furnished with comfortable seating, TV and log burner
Note: steep Norfolk winder staircase therefore unsuitable for elderly, people with mobility issues or children under 6 years old.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1 (stairs from dining room) with a Super King 6 foot wide bed which can be split into twin beds
Bedroom 2 (stairs from sitting room) with a King 5 foot size bed
Garden: front large garden with patio area, garden furniture.
Heating: Night storage heating and 2 log burners (1 basket of logs provided per burner).
Parking: Rock Cottage is approx 20 meters via an gravel drive and hard path from the main road. No car access. Parking is on main road.
Also provided: Linen and towels provided (Beds made up). Books and games
Pets: maximum 2 well behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Not permitted on furniture. Please bring dog bed/crate. Additional charge £10 per dog.
