Note:  very steep Norfolk winder staircase therefore unsuitable for elderly or small children.

Bedroom 2 (front) with a single bed

Bedroom 3 (back) with a double bed

Garden: front and rear fully enclosed patio areas with garden furniture and barbecue.

Heating: Full Central Heating and woodburner (logs provided). 
Parking: on road in front of cottage. 
Also provided: Linen provided (Beds made up).

Books and games

Towels provided per person - 1 hand and 1 bath towel.

Pets: up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Additional charge £10 per dog.
